Eligibility

Admission Procedure

University Admission:

1. Candidates must have completed BSc (Hons) Agriculture or BSc Horticulture with a minimum of 55% marks.

2. Students awaiting the results of the required qualifying examination are also eligible to apply. Provisional admission will be granted, subject to the submission of the previous year’s mark sheet or School/College certificate as proof of qualification before the specified deadline.

3. The final mark sheet of the qualifying examination must be submitted within one month from the due date of admission.

4. Provisional admission will be forfeited if the candidate fails to meet the qualification criteria or does not provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe.

5. Admission will be rejected if the candidate:

  • Admission will be rejected if the candidate:
    • Does not meet the eligibility criteria.
    • Fails to pay the required fees.
    • Submits an incomplete or unsigned application form.
    • Fails to enclose the necessary documents for admission.

Enrolment/Registration numbers will be issued to candidates upon confirmation of admission and payment of the required charges. Admission procedures will adhere to the rules and regulations outlined by the University, subject to periodic updates.
