Admission Procedure

Notification of Admission:
  • Before the beginning of each admission cycle, the University will release a statement on admissions. This will be released to the public through the university website, bulletin boards, newspapers, and other media sources.
Application Process:
  • Be sure to deliver the application before the deadline mentioned in the notification. There are, however, instances where students are awaiting the results of their qualifying examinations, and hence, they can apply for provisional admission.

Provisional Admission:

All the candidates who will be waiting for their results will be given provisional admission. Before completing the application process, the candidate must also produce his/her mark sheet for previous years within the prescribed timeframe. If you receive the provisional admission, you will have one month to submit further your final mark sheet. Providing false information or failing to produce the mark sheet within the stipulated time will lead to the cancellation of provisional admission.

Shortlisting and Notification:

A list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the university`s website and on the notice board after the application process is closed. The shortlisted candidates will also be communicated directly with their admission status.

Final Admission Confirmation:

As a final step to the admission process, provide all required paperwork and other charges as required by the respective institutions. If you successfully complete the submission of your application, you will be admitted an enrollment number by the University.

Rejection of Application:

Applications will be rejected if:

  • The candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria set by the University.
  • The prescribed fee is not enclosed.
  • The application form lacks the required signatures of the candidate and their parents/guardians, if applicable.
  • Supporting documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe.

Rejection of Application:

The specific guidelines for the admission process will be those provided by the University, and they may, from time to time, be changed by the University management.

Admission Procedure

Provisional Admission for Awaiting Results:
  • Provisional admission is available to those candidates who are waiting for the qualified exam results.
  • Eligibility of these applicants will be verified by these applicants submitting their previous academic year’s report card.
  • The admissions application deadline must be submitted before the final results.
Submission of Mark Sheet:
  • Upon the approval of provisional admission, a candidate has one month to send the mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
  • If such documents are not submitted within this period, the provisional admission will be cancelled.

Cancellation of Admission:

In case a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria or does not get sufficient marks, as a case of provisional admission, the admission will be cancelled.

Final Admission Confirmation:

Issued an enrolment number and thereby admit, the University will do so upon receipt of all documents and fees necessary.
