• Class 10th and 12th Marksheets
• Aadhaar Card (Candidate and Guardian)
• Provisional Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• GAP Affidavit (if applicable)
• Anti-Ragging Affidavit
• Attendance Affidavit
• 6–8 recent passport-size photographs (formal attire, taken within the last 3 months)
• Parent/Guardian signatures on all required forms
