Eligibility

  • Maharashtra State Candidates:

    a. Educational Qualification:

    • Students must have passed 10th grade (SSC) from a recognised board.

    b. Minimum Marks:

    • Depending on the program requirements, students must have at least 35-50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
    All India and Union Territory (UT) Candidates:

    a. Educational Qualification:

    • Same as the criteria for Maharashtra State candidates.

    b. Minimum Marks:

    • Similar aggregate mark requirement of 35-50%, based on the specific program
    NRI/OCI/PIO/Foreign Nationals:
    • Successful completion of SSC or equivalent in physics, maths, and any other additional subject.
    • The student must have passed these subjects with a minimum of 45 percent marks.
    • They must also fulfil some requirements that the authority deemed necessary to be met.
  • Indian Nationals:

    a. Educational Qualification:

    • Students must have passed 12th grade (HSC or equivalent) with relevant subjects or have completed a 2-year ITI course after 10th grade.

    b. Minimum Marks:

    • Students must have at least 45-50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam (12th grade or ITI).
    All Candidates:

    Additional Requirements:

    • Specific requirements and additional conditions may apply based on the institutional or governing authority's guidelines.

Admission Procedure

Registration and Verification:
  • The Centralised Admission Process (CAP) is mandatory for the CAP and the Institute Level Quota (ILQ) seat categories.
  • For document verification and scrutiny at the e-Scrutiny Centres, please follow the authority's guidelines received after online registration.
  • Only those candidates whose applications are verified by the Facilitation Centers/e-Scrutiny Center shall be eligible in the displayed merit list.

CAP Round Admission:

Allocation: The admission through CAP rounds makes up 80% of the total number of seats and is done per guidelines provided by the DTE Cell, Government of Maharashtra.
