  • Eligibility:
    • The candidate must fulfil the conditions laid down by the Director of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra.
    • The minimum graduation (degree course) marks required are as follows:
      • General Category: 45%
      • OBC Category: 42%
      • SC/ST Category: 40%

Admission Procedure

Application Submission: :
  • Candidates should remember to fill out and submit their application forms together with their supporting documents through the specified admission portal.
  • Any candidate who is waiting for the result of his/her qualifying exam(s) can also apply for provisional admission.
Provisional Admission:
  • This application is given to any candidate who wants to apply before the release of their final examination results. To prove their eligibility, these candidates must bring their academic report from the previous school year.
  • After the declaration of the result, the candidate must produce the final qualifying examination mark sheet within one month of the grant of provisional admission.
  • In case the candidate is unable to produce the mark sheet by the due date or if they fall short of the eligibility, the provisional admission will be withdrawn.
Document Verification:
  • Candidates with Provisional Admission also have to produce each of these documents together with the necessary fee before the deadline for final admission.
  • The University shall issue an enrolment number to the student once the student has received all the appropriate documents and fees.
Final Admission Confirmation:
  • The admission process is complete when the University reviews the documents provided and confirms that the candidate is eligible.
  • Admission will be conducted according to the university admission rules and regulations, and any variation will cause the admission to be cancelled.

The candidates must ensure that they frequently visit the colleges and the Government of Maharashtra’s website for day-to-day updates and the dates that are important for the admission process.
