Notification:
  • Admission information is issued on the University website, the University notice board and the newspapers prior to each admission.
Shortlisting:
  • Following the closing date of the application, the shortlisted candidates will be notified on this website or on the notice board or are independently contacted.
Provisional Admission:
  • Those who want to apply for the next course can apply for provisional admission while they wait for their exam results. You are required to attach photocopies of your previous mark sheets when applying for the course. For provisional admission, you are supposed to furnish your final marks within one month from the day of admission. Failure to do this will lead to cancellation of your provisional admission.
Cancellation of Provisional Admission:
  • Provisional admission will be cancelled if you don’t meet the standards of eligibility or if you fail to get the sought-after grades.
Enrollment:
  • After the submission of all papers and required documents, including paying the prescribed fees, you will be allocated an enrollment number.
Application Rejection:

You may be rejected if any of the following applies to your application:

  • You cannot qualify for participation in the schemes.
  • You do not pay the prescribed fee.
  • Your application is incomplete as it does not contain the required signatures (candidate or Parents/Guardian)
  • You missed the deadline for presenting important documents.
