- Photo identity proof: Passport, PAN card, voters identity card, driving license, Aadhar Card (any one - Date of Birth details Mandatory)
- Address proof: Ration card, passport, driving license, bank a/c statement, electricity / telephone bill, Aadhaar card. Any kind of bill submitted as a proof should not be older than 3 months (Any One). Gas bill mandatory.
